- Standard Maintenance - Parts only 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday
- Premium Maintenance - Parts and labor 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday
- Platinum Maintenance - Parts and labor 24 hours a day 7 days a week

- Technical support to resolve issues with Ameritech and your Long Distance carrier
