We can help. Just send your phone to us and we will have it repaired. Repaired phones are usually back to you in 3-5 weeks. It is always a good idea for companies to have at least one extra phone so they can use it, when another is being repaired. Can't wait that long? Repair costs are as follows:

Comdial Executec, Digitec and Impact phones: $140.00 per phone
Comdial SCS Impact phones: $160.00 per phone
Comdial Large Screen phones: $225.00 per phone
Panther, AT&T and Merlin phones: $140.00 per phone

You must also include on a piece of letter head the fact that you want the phone repaired, what is wrong with it if you know, and your signature. If you are a 1st time customer please call us BEFORE you send in any phones.
